I really think you should put Moderator/Administrator applications on here. It would be like a interview for a staff poistion. You could put serveral questions like:

Why do you want to be a Moderator/Administrator of 2 speced?

Why can you do to improve 2 speced?

How long were you playing in the community?

Do you have any player recommendations? If so, post who:

If you have anything to say, say it now: (optional You can add it if you want)
